The beads are cast by hand, the shape is traditionally based on a seed. Beads that are made in this way and in this shape have been around in India for centuries.
The colored beads are made of cut glass.

The beads are threaded onto a thin brass wire by hand and connected to the clasp.
We work for this with small family businesses in Gujarat India, who secure their livelihood through this work.
The length of the necklace can be regulated with an extra chain on the clasp and fits almost everyone.
